Order Processing & Shipping Information

Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on the destination and fulfillment center location.

Possible Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship and deliver all orders promptly, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also visit our [Track Your Order] page for real-time updates.

Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? No problem—orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty. Just email avynia@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER.”

Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered the wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make corrections before it ships. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make address changes.

Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
